QUALIFYING ROUNDS
Tournament Overview
The Pinball at the Beach Tournament is designed to give players plenty of time to enjoy the show and resort while still getting their competitive pinball fix! Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome.
There will be two qualifying groups (Early and Late), each competing in a 12-round match-play format split across two sessions. During qualifying, players will compete in groups of four on a randomly selected machine. Players earn points based on how many opponents they beat in each round (3, 2, 1, or 0 points).
The top 16 qualifiers from each group (32 players total) will advance to the finals to compete for trophies and cash prizes.
During the finals, players will compete in groups of four across three games. Points will be awarded based on finishing position using a 4-2-1-0 scoring system. After three games, the top two players from each group will advance to the next round.
Tournament participation is limited to 144 players (72 per qualifying group).
Tournament Refund Policy
PATB tournament entries are non-refundable unless both of the following conditions are met:
1. Tournament is sold out.
2. There is an active waitlist, and we can fill your spot with another player.

Important: Check-In Requirements
Check-in begins 30 minutes before each group’s Friday start time:
- Early Group: Check-in begins at 4:30 PM.
- Late Group: Check-in begins at 8:00 PM.
Players who do not check in before their qualifying round begins may forfeit their spot to a player on the waitlist.
