Pinball at the Beach is being held February 7-9, 2025 at the TradeWinds Island Grand, 5500 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach, FL 33706.


Pinball at the Beach is a new and exclusive VIP experience pinball show featuring 200+ pinball machines, your favorite pinball designers, artists, industry leaders, select vendors, and tournaments in a beautiful beach resort setting.


Weekend passes are limited to 1000, giving attendees easy access to the newest games and our special guests.

Tradewinds Resort guests receive a private beach cabana on the 28-acre beachfront and a Resort Pass for all the amenities including 5 pools, 10 restaurants & bars, paddle boats, floating water park, and much more. Show attendees not staying at the resort can purchase a day pass from TradeWinds if desired.

His amazing art packages include Jersey Jack Pinball’s The Godfather and Elton John, Stern’s Batman ’66, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Munsters, and The Beatles, American Pinball’s Galactic Tank Force, and Spooky Pinball’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Bug and Spooky Luke are co-designers of : Scooby Doo, Looney Tunes, and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Squirrel is Head of Sales and Customer Relations.

Famed pinball designer and EVP/Chief Creative Officer at Stern Pinball Inc., George Gomez is joining us at Pinball on the Beach.
A few of George’s great games include Deadpool, Batman ’66, Monster Bash, Revenge from Mars, Corvette, Lord of the Rings, The Sopranos, Transformers, The Avengers and Batman (2008). Come get an autograph or photo with one of the pinball greats!

Legendary pinball designer Steve Ritchie.
Steve’s most recent titles include Jersey Jack Pinball’s Elton John, Stern’s Led Zeppelin and Black Knight: Sword of Rage. Some of his other hits include: Black Knight, Firepower, High Speed, Terminator 2, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Terminator 3, Elvis, Spider-Man, AC/DC, Star Trek, and Game of Thrones.

Jack is heralded for his many innovations in the Pinball industry regarding media and exposure over the years. Creator of the “Dead Flip” streaming channel, where he livestreamed pinball, became a Stern Brand Ambassador and was the driving force for the “Pinball” category being added on Twitch. He designed Stern’s Jurassic Park Home Edition, Foo Fighters, and, The Uncanny X-Men!

John is well known in the industry for popular titles such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Munsters, Aerosmith, Metallica, TRON, Iron Man, X-Men, Tales from the Crypt, Guardians of the Galaxy and RUSH! There are rumors John might be doing a little karaoke and that’s something you won’t want to miss.

Scott Danesi
Designer of “Total Nuclear Annihilation” and “Rick and Morty” by Spooky Pinball, Scott also worked with Multimorphic by creating sound packages for multiple P3 games including Weird Al’s Museum of Natural Hilarity, ROCs, and more. If you’ve never met Scott, make sure you do. He’s super cool.

David van Es
Designer and CEO of Barrels of Fun Pinball, and the BoF team at Pinball at the Beach! David has 20+ years of experience in the Film and TV industry. David worked for Spooky Pinball for 7 years providing creative and production services, asset creation, project management, licensing, and business development. David is also the designer of Barrels of Fun first game: Labyrinth.

Tournament Overview

The Pinball at the Beach Tournament is designed to give players plenty of time to enjoy the show and resort, while still getting their competitive pinball fix! Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome.


There will be two unique qualifying groups (Early & Late), each following a 12 round match-play format, split across two sessions. During qualifying rounds round, players will compete in groups of four on one randomly chosen machine. Players will accumulate points based on how many opponents they beat in each round (3, 2, 1, or 0).


The top sixteen qualifiers from each qualifying group (32 total) will compete in the finals for trophies and cash prizes. During finals, players will be placed in groups of four and will play three games. Players will score points on each game based on finishing position (4-2-1-0 scoring).  After three games, the two players from each group with the most points will advance to the next round.


Player limit will be capped at 104 (52 per group). $100 for tournament entry plus $125 for a Pinball at the Beach show pass is required.
